I am absolutely over the moon to be the brand new owner of The Mad Platter. I have followed this amazing business on social media for years and always thought, hmmmm..wonder if I could be a Mad Platter one day?! And look, here we are! The Mad Platter holds such a special place in the hearts of Hawke’s Bay foodies and is a very well known brand. Every time I complete a platter I get such an buzz and I realise how lucky I am.
You may recognise me from our sister business, Eat It Like Keiki. We make cakes and celebration desserts for all occasions. Cakes and Platters are my forte!
